Notifying users about updates to the service
The MPSTATS service team uses pop-ups to inform users about changes and relieve managers . For example, Wildberries changed API keys, users must update them in MPSTATS, otherwise they will not be able to use the service.
The purpose of the pop-up is to tell users how to change API keys themselves, so that managers don’t have to answer the same questions.

Scenario: Renewing a Subscription with Cascading Emails
The script's purpose is to automatically renew the subscription.
We showed how the scenario works using the example of an online food list of switzerland cell phone number delivery service. A similar scenario can be set up for B2B SaaS.
How the script works
The user paid for a weekly subscription for the delivery of prepared meals.
20 minutes after the last delivery, the system automatically checks whether the user has permission for mobile push notifications.
If there is permission for push notifications, the user will receive a notification that the subscription has ended and needs to be paid for in their personal account.
If the user has not paid for the subscription, the system will first check whether the user is subscribed to the Telegram bot.
If the user is subscribed to the Telegram bot, then 6 hours after the push notification the user will receive a message in the Telegram bot with the same message - the subscription has ended, you can pay in your personal account.
If the user has not paid for the subscription, then after 20 hours he will receive an SMS message with the same text.
If the user is not subscribed to the Telegram bot, then 6 hours after the push notification, he will receive an SMS message with the same text.
If the user has not allowed push notifications to be sent to him, but his email is known, then 20 minutes after the last delivery he will receive a message by email.
The user has been using the service for more than 2 months.
