Privalia has just launched Be Privalia!, a new application that allows Club members to sponsor their contacts on Facebook in a convenient and easy way.
To facilitate access to this new feature, Privalia has developed a small application that runs on a widget engine, which allows access to the largest social network of the moment amazon data through the “Sponsor” tab on its storefronts. With just one click, members can directly access a page where they can find information on how to use the service and from which they can invite their friends to join Privalia by sending a message. The application also allows them to place a badge on the user’s Facebook profile so that any of their contacts can sign up. As always, Privalia offers a €5 incentive to members who invite their friends with this new service, a discount that is applied to their purchases for each sponsored person who purchases Club products.
Privalia has also launched its own Facebook profile, “Privalia Exclusive Sales”, which allows any user to add it as a friend and from which it is also possible to download the Be Privalia! badge.
With this new initiative, Privalia once again demonstrates its effectiveness in using the possibilities of the network to provide a greater and better service to its members. In its brief history, the company has been a pioneer in the use of viral marketing tools, which has made it possible for almost 40% of its community to currently come from the Member Get Member strategy (a bonus for members who invite other Internet users to join the community).
