MASKEDUMMIES 2.0 LAUNCHES ONLINE MUSIC CATALOGUE

Ford's social network, Maskedummies, its channel for
engaging with young people, has just launched +KD MÚSICA,
a free streaming music catalogue that
brings together one and a half million songs from the best
national and international groups. +KD MÚSICA is the result of a collaboration agreement between Ford and the agency that created the Maskedummies concept, Genetsis, for this car brand, and Telefónica Servicios de Música, which is responsible for managing the distribution of the catalogues of the different record labels and the copyrights.

Among the 1.5 million songs that can be bc data malaysia discovered on
there are titles from both heavyweights in the global music industry and works from independent music distributors. In total, there are 23 different musical genres and groups as well-known as Alanis Morrisette, Celtas Cortos, Muse,
REM, Fito y Fitipaldis, Green Day, James Brown, Blink 182, Coldplay, Ojos de Brujo, 7 notas 7

The launch of this new Ford social network service , Maskedummies, has
been accompanied by an
online media campaign. The agency Genetsis has been
responsible for the creation of the
interactive pieces of the online media campaign
and the media agency Mindshare for
its planning.

Like the new Maskedummies, much of this campaign has been conceived in a
2.0 environment, with viral actions, presence on other
social networks (such as Facebook) and in the
blogosphere. The Messenger tab that Ford has dedicated to its social network Maskedummies has also been tuned for the occasion.

The online media campaign was developed on various music websites related to the target of this Ford service, such as Myspace, los40.com, MTV, Yahoo! Music, Facebook, MSN, Messenger, and was accompanied by email communication to the entire community database.
