ONLINE TRAVEL: BRAND AWARENESS IS BECOMING MORE IMPORTANT

A study carried out by Media Contacts, the interactive media agency of Havas Digital - the interactive group that includes the different digital companies of the Havas Media group - for Viajes Eroski, reveals that 78% of Spanish Internet users have searched for information about their trips on the Internet at some point. In addition, 68% of them have made an online reservation in the last year.
Flights, the most booked product
As regards the most requested products, 66% of betting data those surveyed who have made reservations online have booked flights in the last year. Second place on the list of the most requested products is occupied by accommodation (hotel, country house, spa, etc.), which has been booked by 53% of those surveyed.
Easy navigation and competitive prices are the most highly valued features
