Such an automated process control system assumes full automation of technological cycles. At this level, the entire chain of operations – system management, production process control, transportation, waste removal, etc. – is carried out without human participation. There is an intensive introduction of automatic lines and flexible systems. All elements of the process equipment are combined into a single whole using transport units, loading and control means, control mechanisms and waste removal. For example, if gears of any transport reducer are processed on an automatic line, then 20 line specialists can be involved in other operations, and this entire event will pay off in three years.

Technological equipment on APP lines is always configured for the existing type of transportation, and communication with it occurs using loading devices of a certain type - lifts, manipulators or trays. There are working and idle runs, since without them it is not possible to inspect the line and perform its technical maintenance. If a person is present in the work on the line, then this is automated equipment.

Integrated automation ensures the system operates in automatic mode, while all actions of the personnel involved consist of monitoring the operation of the equipment.

Complete
The highest level of employment database automation and management of technological processes and production, in which the entire cycle of work, from design to quality control, is in the area of responsibility of machines. This is an innovative complex solution that includes the entire range of production operations, from the preparation stage and the testing process with subsequent distribution of finished products. The condition for the implementation of such automation is the successful development of all the above levels, since it is considered the most equipped in terms of technology and is distinguished by significant capital investments.

This level is recommended for large volumes of output that have a stable design and not too large a range. For example, it is rational to use a full APP on the production line of bearings, machine-building equipment parts, etc. If all conditions are met, such modernization gives impetus to a fast and efficient business, while the investment pays off quite quickly.

With full APP, the tasks of automatic storage of products and their transportation within the workshop in accordance with the established route are solved. Human participation in the production process consists of performing the functions of monitoring the operation of the equipment and maintaining it in working condition.

The level of full automation of production is currently a wonderful prospect, which in practice is very rare. In industry, partial or complex automation is more common.
