Essential qualities of a top manager

A top manager of a company is not a profession, but a position of a top manager who is responsible for the entire organization. Sometimes it is easier for a company to “grow” such a specialist within itself. But even when hiring from outside, it is important to correctly evaluate the candidate.

Personal qualities of a top manager
First of all, a top manager must be able to make business decisions. This ability is also called business judgement. He must also have a desire to work constantly. People say that such people are workaholics. They have irregular working hours and very frequent business trips. A top manager cannot be an unambitious person; he must be flexible and maneuverable in his activities. Also, a successful manager is characterized by the following qualities:

Adequate self-assessment. Demanding. Only through authority can a top manager ensure that his subordinates maintain discipline and clearly fulfill their job responsibilities.

Creativity. You can't always work the old way. The development of science, technology, and technology pushes towards constant improvement of production, introduction of new equipment, etc. The ability to ignite the team with your advanced ideas is a necessary quality of a manager.
