1 calendar - work - where I set tasks myself and where the guys from Completo and MAED set tasks for me.
2 personal calendar - I have my tasks there - a visit to the doctor, birthdays of friends and relatives, so as not to forget to send a gift, etc.
3 and a separate calendar for mentoring and consulting - to my freelance clients.
There are also rules that I follow - I don't set meetings or tasks after 5-6 pm. It's taboo. And I always rest on weekends. There is one mandatory strategic day a week - Wednesday.
Well, I also have a so-called "Idea" file. These are tasks that need to be done, but there is no time for them. After some time, I return to it, review it and think - oh cool, this thing can be taken and put into operation, and this echoes another task - it can be tested.
Here are some more life hacks from me on how to earn and get more done:
1. Working on yourself is about continuous learning and working with your own quirks, like impostor syndrome.
2 Collect cases, reviews and other things that confirm your expertise.
3 Expand your product line: if you offer 1 service, think about philippines customer email list what else you can offer.
4 Build partnerships - give away projects that you can't handle, that you don't want to do, but still receive a partner percentage.
5 Monetize knowledge - it is not necessary to earn only with your hands, you can also use your head. Provide consultations, take on mentorship, teach for money.
6 Work with those clients who are grateful, and not those with whom you have to fight and constantly prove something to them.
7 Don't forget to live - travel, take care of your health, communicate with people, do hobbies. It's best if your work is your hobby, so that it lights you up. If your work doesn't light you up at all, then you should think about whether you're doing the right thing...
