Most often, these are specialists with experience in PR or who previously worked in journalism or sociology.

As a rule, an internal communications manager begins his work by studying the organizational structure, getting to know top managers, department heads, and later employees. It is very important that this specialist can see the whole picture: who is responsible for what in the organization, who can be contacted to solve this or that issue, what employees the company needs, what he will write about, with whom to share information. To work successfully, an internal communications manager must have developed communication and analytical skills.
